And the difference between self-pampering and self-care.    Melissa Rohlfs is a certified holistic health and life coach helping busy women break free from sugar and stress/emotional eating so they can be calm, confident and in control.  She is committed to empowering women to break free from dieting, emotional eating and self-image issues so they can ditch the diet mentality, and feel empowered in their own skin.
