Joe Giove is the director of business operations in the Office of Carbon Management for the U.S. Department of Energy. Among his many duties, Giove is a mentor for the Mickey Leland Energy Fellowship, a 10-week summer research fellowship for undergraduate and graduate students in STEM majors.
