Episode 16: My Top Tools of 2024

from I'll Go First

On this episode of, With Amanda Keltz, I wanted to acknowledge the transitional point we are at moving into a new year. While this time comes with a lot of pressure, introspection, and sometimes anxiety— it can be a great opportunity to recognize all the versions of who you have been throughout the year and the lives you have lived. It's a reflection period to see what you have went through and to feel proud and curious. Upon the reflection, I rounded up my top 5 lessons and perspectives that impacted me the most this year. We discuss first thought best though, the pendulum swinging, part work, boundary setting with an open heart, and the idea of icing on the cake. These were what shaped me most throughout my journeys this year and will continue to profoundly impact me. What are your top lessons of 2024? Hosted on Acast.
