Following What Feels Good...The Rest Are Just Details

This week’s episode is a little love note to anyone caught in the tug-of-war between what they think they should be doing and what actually feels good.I riff on this idea that when you follow the natural rhythm of your life—your timing, your edges, your curiosity—the exact shape your path takes becomes less important. The logistics, the “how,” the sequence… those are just details. What really matters is how it feels in your body as you’re living it, and whether it adds to the life you’re intentionally creating. We talk about the sneaky ways “shoulds” show up—not just from society, but even from spirituality. The pressure to be aligned, healed, high-vibe, intuitive, surrendered… all of it can become its own set of rules if we’re not careful. And sometimes the most spiritual thing is simply choosing what feels nourishing instead of what looks “right.”This episode is an invitation back to your own rhythm—messy, human, intuitive, and completely yours. Conversations with Friends: Annabel van Westerop

This week I’m joined by my friend Annabel, who’s one of those quietly powerful people — grounded, deeply intuitive, and endlessly curious about the energetic layers of life.We talk about her path from being a professional kiteboarder to working in energetic therapy and astrocartography— and how themes of discipline, individualism, and self-drive eventually led her toward burnout, and then into expansion. We get into what astrocartography really is — how different places in the world hold different energetic influences and how understanding them can bring clarity to the season you’re in, your purpose, and why certain places feel like home (or don’t). She invites the idea of remembering it’s not just you shaping your path — there are larger forces moving with you.Lastly, Annabel shares insight on how this modality allows you to connect to the energy of the place you’re already in — to see it for what it’s teaching you, to embrace all it's giving, and ultimately, to come back to the home within yourself. To book a reading with Annabel and/or sign up for her newsletter, you can find her website here.To follow along on her socials click here.To follow along no my socials and access more about my podcast and my work you can follow me on instagram or sign up for my posts on substack Or you can learn more about my offerings at https://www.amandakeltz.com/ Hosted on Acast. The Mirror Effect

This week, we’re exploring the mirror that relationships (in this case we focus on romantic) hold up for us— how they often reflect what’s asking to be seen within ourselves. Instead of taking those reflections as proof to run, hide, or react, what if we used them as invitations to get curious? Rather than running from what’s reflected, we talk about how to pause, ask better questions, and approach these moments with openness instead of resistance.I share a mix of personal moments and stories from friends and clients that show how this mirroring plays out in real life — how it can reveal old patterns, deepen understanding, and open the door to clearer communication. We also talk about the importance of perspective: leaning on trusted friends, a therapist, or a coach to help you see the situation through a different lens when emotions cloud the view. It’s a conversation about learning through reflection — not to fix or defend, but to expand our awareness and grow in connection.my substack is: https://amandakeltz.substack.com/my website is: https://www.amandakeltz.com/ Hosted on Acast. Ramblings From an Acupuncture Appointment

This week’s episode is a post-acupuncture ramble that turned into something pretty clarifying. I dive into two of the five elements of Chinese medicine and how they shape our behaviors, tendencies, and the way we move through the world. I share what was taught to me, how it helped me better understand my own needs for balance, and how we can honor the different elements in the people we love.We talk about interacting with others who might be more influenced by a different element than us, the art of finding equilibrium when life feels like a pendulum swing, and how nervous system dysregulation (and the path back to regulation) keeps weaving its way into our stories. It’s part reflection, part teaching, and a little bit of catching up — an exploration of how honoring our natural makeup can help us live with more compassion for ourselves and others. The Power of Anchors

This week’s episode is all about anchors — the practices, relationships, and inner truths that keep us steady when life feels unsteady. Anchors aren’t just a concept I’m exploring; they’ve been lifelines in every season of rebuilding, reshaping, and remembering who I am. I share how I first started reaching for them, what they’ve looked like in my own journey, and why they matter when everything around us is shifting. We’ll talk about how anchors can hold us without holding us back and how to identify your own to keep in your back pocket amidst change, boredom, comfort, and discovery. For 1:1 work: https://www.amandakeltz.com/ Hosted on Acast. Decisions That Actually Feel Good

This week’s episode is a short but powerful one. We’re talking about decision-making — not from the heady place of “what should I do” or the labels we chase (the job title, the relationship status, the box to check) — but from the deeper place of how you want to feel in your life.I walk you through what it means to choose based on feelings instead of nouns and adjectives, and why this shift matters so much for long-term fulfillment. When we anchor into the feelings we’re seeking — freedom, connection, ease, inspiration — our choices begin to line up with the life we actually want to live, not just the one we think we’re supposed to build. If you’ve been spinning in indecision or searching for clarity, this episode will help you ground into what really matters and give you a reminder that alignment starts with your inner world.Substack : https://amandakeltz.substack.com/p/melancholic-worries-and-tough-love1:1 Info: https://www.amandakeltz.com/ Hosted on Acast. No Regrets

In this week’s episode, we’re diving into what it really means to live without regret—not because we always get it “right,” but because we learn how to trust ourselves in the moment. I share how reshaping our relationship with our emotional state can bring more ease, joy, and comfort in the choices we make. When we stop anchoring decisions in past fear or future worry, we start to experience the beauty of the present for what it is. This is about taking what you know now, choosing from that moment, and letting that be enough— even if retrospectively you can say otherwise. Hosted on Acast. Conversations with Friends: Eli Winniger

This week, I’m joined by my friend Eli — a public speaker, wellness coach, and entrepreneur who has lived many lives. We kick things off reminiscing: how we met, our shared love of travel, and the unexpected turns that come from following curiosity. That naturally leads us into the heart of this episode — a conversation around structured flow.Together, we explore what it means to mature through experience, how to shift habits from external expectations to internal alignment, and what it actually feels like to create a sense of “home” within ourselves. Eli brings stories from life-and-death moments, backpacking, corporate chapters, and everything in between — all pointing to a deeper understanding of calm, clarity, and growth. If you’re navigating change or craving both freedom and grounding, this conversation will relate. Head vs. Heart: Rethinking Results & Redefining Fulfillment

In this week's episode, I unpack the tug-of-war between the head and the heart—especially when it comes to chasing results. So often, we let our logical mind dictate the path, focusing on metrics, timelines, and “shoulds.” But what happens when we flip that order?I explore what it means to let the heart lead first—tuning into what actually lights you up, nourishes you, and aligns with your deeper truth—before allowing the head to step in and craft the action plan. This shift changes how we define “results” entirely, moving from quick wins or external validation to long-term fulfillment. You’ll learn how this approach doesn’t just feel better—it creates a more sustainable and aligned version of success, where your actions are guided by purpose and your mind becomes the strategist for your heart’s visionFor more follow along at : https://www.instagram.com/amanda_keltz/To sign up for a clarity call spot or learn more about my offerings: https://www.amandakeltz.com/ Hosted on Acast. This week's episode I'm joined by the powerful Claire, a trauma informed breath work facilitator, cofounder of OPEN, and journey guide. Claire shares the path that led her to breathwork, the intentional choices she’s making for herself, in how she can be the mother for herself today and how it will strengthen and inform her as the mother to her future children.Together, we explore what it means to redefine power — not as something forceful or performative, but as something soft, intuitive, and deeply embodied. This episode really helps give perspective to what it looks like to show up and meet yourself in the depths of your own being and make space and safety to allow guidance rather than force.IN THIS EPISODE WE COVER:How Claire discovered breathwork and the turning points that led her thereThe vision she holds as a future mother — and how that shapes how she lives nowWhat it means to choose softness as powerSimple ways to come back to your body when you're overwhelmedHow to cultivate a self-led life that honors your nervous systemMENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE:Claire’s work: [https://www.instagram.com/claire.ollila/ , https://www.theopeningpath.co/]Amanda’s 1:1 coaching or clarity call info: [www.amandakeltz.com] Hosted on Acast. The Power of Perspective

In this episode of with Amanda Keltz, I’m reflecting on the summer vibe of visitors, visiting, and all the movement in between—and how it’s reminded me of the power of perspective and the power of friendship as a mirror. There’s something beautiful about being around people who reflect you back to yourself—not by telling you what to do, but by standing beside you throughout your journey.I speak about the kind of friendships that empower, that remind you of your truth, that reflect parts you might have forgotten—and how different that is from advice or direction. I share a bit about the nuance of making friends later in life (especially after new starts in new places), the resistance we sometimes carry even when we want connection, and how perspective can either close doors or open us up to everything life’s trying to offer.Let this one be a reminder that the way you see things can shift everything—and that you’re never alone in it.To get on the list for clarity call offerings or to learn more about my program work: https://www.amandakeltz.com/To follow along my journey: http://instagram.com/amanda_keltz/ Hosted on Acast. Conversations with Friends: Benjamin Weinberg

In this episode, I’m joined by someone I’ve known for a long time — Benjamin, the younger brother of an old friend, who I’ve had the joy of watching grow into the person he is today. We’re celebrating two and a half years of sobriety, and the journey it took to get here.Benjamin shares what it was like growing up in NYC, surrounded by social scenes where partying was just part of the norm — especially in high school and college. Like many, he used that lifestyle to cope with the harder stuff under the surface. We talk about what it looked like for him to get sober, how he navigated that decision, and how it’s helped him reconnect with who he really is — in his own life, and in his relationships. We talk about the balancing act: being sober and still deeply connected to community, friendship, dating, family. That middle ground where he’s learning to belong again — to himself first, and then to the world around him.Benjamin gives us real life experience of making a shift, doing the work, all while keeping humility and curiosity at the forefront. For those who felt inspired by this conversation or feel they need added support, please feel free to reach out to Benjamin at [email protected] Hosted on Acast. Enough is Enough: Finding Gold in the Ashes of Burnout

In this week of With Amanda Keltz, we’re tuning into the early signs—subtle and loud—that emotional burnout is creeping in. From the tension in your body to the emotional flatness or overstimulation, we explore how burnout doesn’t always scream at first... but it always speaks. The invitation is to recognize the difference between a signal fire asking for attention and a full-blown blaze that's asking you to stop.Usually burnout is a threshold moment—a point of friction that’s not just asking for a break, but showing you where something needs to shift. Within the discomfort, there are golden threads of truth: indicators of misalignment, signals of where your energy is being poured into what no longer serves. We’ll explore how to gently identify what’s no longer sustainable, how to honor your emotional landscape without judgment, and how to say “enough” with softness, not shame. Because every fire—if we let it—can illuminate the path to change. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

    When Spirituality Becomes the Shortcut

In this week of, With Amanda Keltz, I talk about the fine line between expanding our awareness and outsourcing our truth. Sometimes, we latch onto spiritual language, thought schools, or concepts as a way to make sense of what we’re feeling—but in doing so, we might accidentally skip the part where we actually sit with ourselves and listen. In this episode, I’m sharing my thoughts on how easy it is to mistake spiritual validation for self-connection, and how to tell the difference. This isn’t about disowning your beliefs or practices—it’s about tuning in deeper to what’s real for you. We’re unpacking how to move through the extremes of belief, embodiment, and identity… and how to come home to your own inner compass in the process. Because spirituality should support your truth—not override it. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

The Power of Discernment: Sharing Vulnerability from Truth, Not Influence

In this week of With Amanda Keltz, I’m diving into what motivates us to share our truth—not just for the sake of being seen, but from a place of real alignment. In a world where it can feel impossible to be truly unique, how do we discern what’s actually ours? How do we know when we’re sharing from genuine emotion versus comparison, fear, or persuasion? Vulnerability—it’s one of those things that can feel both freeing and terrifying at the same time.I’m sharing my own experience with this—how I navigate vulnerability, sort through emotions before I assign meaning, and decide what feels right to put out into the world. Because let’s be honest, sometimes we’re influenced before we even realize it. And before we speak, post, or take action, there’s power in pausing to ask: Is this truly mine?In this episode, we explore:— What drives us to share and how to recognize our true motivations— How to separate influence from intuition—so your voice stays yours— Why processing emotions before seeking external validation leads to deeper clarityIf you’ve ever wrestled with what’s mine vs. what’s been handed to me, this one’s for you. Fueling your Battery Pack: Trusting the Charge to Carry You Forward

This week, on With Amanda Keltz, we’re talking about future timelines, trust, and the energy it takes to get from here to there—without draining yourself in the process. You know that feeling when you tap into a future version of yourself, and it clicks? The vision is so clear, so exciting, so right—and then suddenly, impatience kicks in. “Why am I not there yet? What’s the holdup?”Think of your energy like a battery pack, where you were before got you here, and where you are now is fueling what’s next. So, how do you work with your current energy instead of against it? How do you hold trust instead of frustration? How do you fuel your battery rather than deplete it?In this episode, we explore:- The sensation of connecting to a future version of yourself and what that means- How to check in with your current battery percentage and what’s fueling vs. draining it- Why trust is your biggest energy source—and how to stop forcing the next stepIf you’ve been feeling that mix of excitement and impatience, this one’s for you. Life Is Not Happening To You, It's Happening With You

In this week's episode of With Amanda Keltz, we’re talking about the duality of give and take—because calling something in is only half the equation. The other half? Making space to actually receive it. You know that phrase, life isn't happening to you, it’s happening for you? Well, I want to take that a step further—because what if life is actually happening with you? What if it’s a collaboration, not just something outside of you pulling the strings? So often, we’re so focused on what hasn’t arrived yet that we don’t even recognize what already has. Or we’re holding onto something that’s taking up the space for what we’ve been asking for. We’ll dig into:—How to recognize when you’re already living inside something you once wished for— What is your North Start and how do you identify it— The impatience that creeps in and how to shift it into trust —The art of releasing, so you can actually receive — witnessing the game of Tetris that takes placeIt’s not about if things are happening—it’s about how. The Crossroads: How To Turn Up The Volume On Your Inner Voice

In this week's episode of With Amanda Keltz, I highlight what it is like when you’re standing at the fork in the road. One path looks familiar—comfortable, predictable, maybe even safe. The other? Uncertain, uncharted, and full of unknowns. This is the moment where we usually start spiraling—overthinking, seeking signs, waiting for a feeling of certainty before we move. But what if the real work isn’t about figuring it out but about making space to hear yourself first? In this episode, we’re exploring how to recognize when you’re repeating old patterns versus truly choosing differently, why forcing flow and muscling through decisions never leads to real clarity, and what it means to pause, listen, and honor your inner knowing at the crossroads. We’re unpacking why forcing flow never leads to real clarity, how to trust yourself in moments of uncertainty, and what it really means to stand at a crossroads and move forward—not from fear, but from expansion. Because the choice isn’t just about where you go next—it’s about who you become in the process. It’s a dynamic that can feel constricting and confusing, yet it also offers us a profound opportunity for reflection, growth, and even freedom. In this episode, we explore the dance we do with our mothers—how it shapes us, challenges us, and holds up a mirror to parts of ourselves we might not always want to see. Through this reflection, we can start to understand our own character more deeply, recognizing the places where we’ve inherited patterns, where we resist, and where we can soften into our own uniqueness.Whether your relationship with your mother is close, distant, loving, strained, or somewhere in between, there’s something here for you. Figuring It Out Amongst Community

In this week's With Amanda Keltz episode, we’re diving deep into the beautiful, chaotic, and totally normal messiness of figuring things out. Because let’s be real—no one has it all together, and the sooner we admit that, the more space we create to actually grow.I’m sharing my personal mission to create and sustain community, not just in theory but in a real, tangible way—by encouraging vulnerability and open sharing. When we let go of the pressure to have all the answers, we realize how much of a resource we are to each other. We’re not meant to do life alone, and in naming our uncertainties, we invite support, connection, and unexpected clarity. And with that, I’m so excited to announce the beginning of Figuring It Out, a community space dedicated to exactly this—navigating the unknown together. It’s about embracing the in-between, the pivots, the questions, and finding belonging in the process. Because figuring it out isn’t just a phase—it’s a lifelong practice, and we don’t have to do it alone. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

    Compromising Ego vs Integrity

This week's episode on With Amanda Keltz, we're unpacking compromise—specifically how it plays out in romantic partnerships. We’re exploring the tension between ego, which pushes us to be right or "win," and integrity, which invites us to honor who we are without shrinking or betraying ourselves. As I share some stories of conversations with friends on the topic, I provide a reframe of timing: what it means beyond just “right place, right time,” and how understanding it on a deeper level can shift how we approach growth in relationships. As well as sharing some thoughts on the “happily ever after” narrative and get real about what relationships actually require—because it’s not about finding some perfect, effortless dynamic. It’s about knowing when compromise builds connection and when it crosses the line into self-abandonment. An exploration of stories and thoughts, and as always, encouraged conversation. Episode 16: My Top Tools of 2024

On this episode of, With Amanda Keltz, I wanted to acknowledge the transitional point we are at moving into a new year. While this time comes with a lot of pressure, introspection, and sometimes anxiety— it can be a great opportunity to recognize all the versions of who you have been throughout the year and the lives you have lived. It's a reflection period to see what you have went through and to feel proud and curious. Upon the reflection, I rounded up my top 5 lessons and perspectives that impacted me the most this year. We discuss first thought best though, the pendulum swinging, part work, boundary setting with an open heart, and the idea of icing on the cake. These were what shaped me most throughout my journeys this year and will continue to profoundly impact me. What are your top lessons of 2024? Hosted on Acast. Episode 15: Conversations with Friends— Becky

This week, on With Amanda Keltz, I had the absolute joy of sitting down with my childhood friend, Becky, to dive into the beautifully messy world of friendships—how they evolve, sometimes fade, and how we learn to open up space for new connections. We talk about the natural process of growing with some friendships while outgrowing others, and the often-unspoken pressures of navigating friend dynamics as we grow up.We also got into the big one: quality versus quantity. What does it really mean to have a fulfilling friendship? And how do you learn to define it in a way that feels right for you instead of what’s expected? From there, we peel back another layer—what it means to truly be good with yourself. Because when you’re aligned with who you are, the right people, whether friends or romantic partners, tend to flow into your life naturally as well as feel empowered to decide how you show up to these relationships. It’s an honest conversation that I think is relatable to everyone. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Episode 14: Conversations with Friends — Victoria

On this week's episode of, With Amanda Keltz, my friend Victoria joins me to tell her story. The conversation is a heart-to-heart about life’s unexpected twists and turns, when the story doesn’t go the way you planned—and how to rebuild, not by forcing or fighting, but by leaning into a gentler, softer way of being.Grief and loss are a big part of Victoria's journey, but they’re not the whole story. They were the moments that cracked things open, making space for new perspectives and new lifestyles, while still embracing and remembering the old. While she learned through navigating those phantom limbs—those parts of life that still echo with what once was—the experience brought clarity on how to move forward with grace and intention.Together, we’ll explore how to admit when we don’t have control, and why that surrender can be so powerful. One of the biggest surrenders we admit to is learning to find softness instead of muscling through the times that we want control. This one’s about rebuilding, reimagining, and finding beauty in the process. I can’t wait to share it with you.  Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

    Episode 13: The Sun Meditation

On this week of With Amanda Keltz, I am offering a guided meditation. Meditation for me, is a form of connection and self check-in. I want to eliminate the stigma against the practice as something you need to reach a certain level of and therefore you may "not be good at it". This is an opportunity to check in with yourself and from a bird's eye view, see what's going on and what's playing out. Without judgement, just observing, listening, and infusing what you need from that place of awareness you have gained through the practice. This specific meditation is a body scan, visualization guidance taking the light from the sun and having it ooze into your body to both relax all parts of you as well as awaken and reenergize you to feel this power you hold from within to shine outward. Meditation starts at minute 6:32 Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Episode 12: Conversation with Friends— Mikayla

In this week's, With Amanda Keltz, I sit down with Mikayla as we talk bout embracing every part of who we are, even when it feels like we're trying on different versions of ourselves. Spoiler: it's less about getting it "right" and more about owning all the parts of you with confidence and curiosity. We explore the idea of seeing opportunities within every moment—good, bad, or confusing—without the need to compare our lives to some imaginary standard of "how it should be." We also dive into how modern-day therapy can benefit from weaving in spiritual practices while also then unraveling the layers of what "spirituality" really means. Together, we reframe the word, not as a lofty, out-of-reach concept but as something deeply personal and intertwined with the messy, beautiful experience of being human. If you’ve ever felt like the word "spiritual" doesn’t quite fit you, or you’ve wrestled with trying to “be” someone specific, this episode is for you. It’s raw, real, and full of reminders that your journey doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Episode 11: Creating Space and Stop "Shoulding" on Yourself

This week's episode om, With Amanda Keltz, we have a short little perspective flip on the idea of creating space, slowing down and getting quiet to get the answers. Instead of feeding blender brain with worries, "shoulding" on yourself, and control— how can we open up to the idea of seeing what is possible in your path rather than skewed based on expectation. The comparison is similar to walking through life with headphones blasting music. If we are able to break this habit, then we can find the spark of what initially inspired us to go down this path in the first place. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
