Episode 164: Recreating Forgotten Memories With Debbie

from Soul Coaching with Sarah Noble · host Sarah Noble

Our bodies are always trying to protect us. For those of us who have gone through very hard things, especially in childhood, our bodies have ways to shield us from the trauma that we’re going through. In some cases, this might create long periods of time that we can barely recall later in life.   Debbie is here seeking answers. When she was a young child growing up, her mother was battling breast cancer. And what this has led to for her is that she cannot remember any good or safe memories from her childhood from before the age of 10 years old, even though she knows that they must have happened. Today, Debbie and I have a vulnerable conversation about the ways the body processes trauma and how to access those seemingly lost parts of ourselves.   During her reading we explore: How trauma affects our flow of consciousness What our system will do in order to fill in the gaps Recreating and rewriting the past with your younger self as a tool to heal your younger self Hope, and how it creates and affects your perceived reality and your vitality Fulfilling karma, your soul life lessons, your soul purpose I hope this reading helps you to access and nurture the incredibly vulnerable and vital place inside of you.   Make sure to check out the following Helpful Links:   Alchemy - A School for the Soul  https://sarahnoble.com/alchemy/   Visit my Website - www.sarahnoble.com/ FREE guide to Ignite Your Intuition https://sarahnoble.com/ignite-your-intuition-optin/ Discover Your Primal Intuitive Power - Take the quiz! - https://sarahnoble.com/quiz-landing-page/ FREE Mini Master Class Develop Your Primal Intuitive Power - https://youtu.be/RHp2eSg7D74 Enroll in the Mini-Course Intuitive Soul Awakening - https://sarah-noble-e7bf.mykajabi.com/intuitive-soul-awakening-opt-in Meditate with me on the Insight Timer App - https://insig.ht/7pToN8LxVmb?utm_source=copy_link   Want to Find Out More about Sarah?   MYSTIC, WISDOM KEEPER, SPIRITUAL MENTOR, COACH Throughout my life I have been guided by the warrioress archetype, an independent female spirit whose primary purpose is to achieve freedom and sovereignty of her life. This was not always a conscious endeavor for me, yet she pulled at my heart and led me on adventures far and wide and wild. She has taught me to live by spirals and wheels and cycles. To live each day as a ritual, knowing that I am the source of my life. Everything comes FROM me and that my obstacles are actually the path to living an even greater and wilder existence. She has shown me that true LEADERS rally for and with life, not against it. So, now I live in devotion to a higher standard of LIFE for us all.   You can Reach Out to Sarah here:   Website: http://www.SarahNoble.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/themoderndayintuitive/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Themoderndayintuitive Email: [email protected]
