Episode 169: Working on Ourselves Through Romantic Relationships With Bethany

We go through so much growth and change over the course of our lives. And when we share our life with a romantic partner, we can sometimes bump up against a difference in values, leading to a lot of discomfort as we figure out whether a relationship is still meant for us. But through that discomfort we can actually learn a lot about ourselves and the stories we tell ourselves about the problems we face within that relationship.   Bethany is here wanting to understand. She has been in a romantic relationship for the last three years. She knows that her tendency is to self-sabotage and to push love away, so throughout the length of her relationship she’s done a lot of spiritual growth work, noticing profound changes in herself.
