Episode 17: Amanda's Story: Alcohol just didn’t align

Today you will hear Amanda's story. Amanda is a wife, a mom and someone I am happy to call a friend.If you have been to SobahSistahs support groups then you know Amanda. She is always there to bring humor to an otherwise heavy topic. You will see her mowing the lawn one second then weedwacking to meal prepping and then working under with her kiddos with a strobe light.During this episode Amanda shares about her complicated relationship with alcohol. How she always knew it wasn't serving her.
