There needs to be a standard for men.We will talk about our feelings instead of burying them.We will hold women in the highest regard — no debate.We will take care of ourselves mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically.And we will forgive ourselves.Not just for us — but for everyone who loves us, and everyone whose life we haven’t even impacted yet.We are worth the standard.We need the standard.Because we must be the standard.
