Episode #17- With PagerDuty's Krista Caldwell : Mindfulness & Intentionality In Your Global Mobility Career

How can you incorporate mindfulness in Mobility? ​​In a fast-paced GM role, how do you maintain work-life balance and personal wellbeing? How can you build your personal brand in Mobility as an introvert? What are the differences between working in mobility at a tech company versus a traditional mobility environment? In Episode 17, Paul is joined by PagerDuty's Principal Global Mobility & Immigration Partner, Krista Caldwell.  She is an experienced Global Mobility professional with more than 13 years in the field.  She has worked with both small and large multinational organizations to build and deliver successful global mobility programs. Krista was also an expat on a rotational assignment to Basra, Iraq in 2006-2007.  Her passion lies in creating inclusive and positive mobility experiences for all involved in the process. She strives to drive improvement and help further company strategy, manage costs, and create value while providing an extraordinary employee experience.  Krista holds her Global Mobility Specialist – Talent Mobility (GMS-T) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certifications and actively participates in Global Mobility industry conferences and events. In 2024, she was awarded the Forum for Expatriate Management’s Global Mobility Professional of the Year award.   Krista also shares the importance of involvement in local relocation councils and formal mentoring programs.  We hope you enjoy!!
