So many of us are awakening from the illusion (and delusion) that we’re currently living in. We’re no longer available to show up for the life of the rat race, the life that tells us that there’s no time to enjoy ourselves or take care of ourselves, the life that pushes us to constantly be busy to uphold this illusion. We know that there’s something more for us, and that awakening is happening NOW.   Meaghan is here today because she’s recently gone through a breakdown. In the years since then, she’s been reinventing herself, looking at depression, anxiety, ADHD, things that so many of us struggle with.
