Episode #177 Health Heroes! I love it so much when I run into people that literally infuse me with energy and turn up my light just by the way they live. Kevin Mcshan is definitely one of those people. At age 9 he was told he would never walk without assistance and had to undergo an operation due to him being born with spastic cerebral palsy which is where your muscles basically get super tight and restrict movement. After being inspired by and early mentor who told him “The only limitations you will have in this life are the ones you put on yourself”, Kevin got busy making the most out of his life.He is very much into health and exercise and has done so well that now he is a paid professional speaker and also hosts his own podcast called “Lets Have This Conversation”.
