Absolutely nothing. If you’re in the 60s 70s generation as I am you’ll see this is a play on the song “War! what is it good for absolutely nothing “ but this is about depression, my own personal war. I know is a lot of peoples personal war so we’re going to talk about not what you’re depressed about, think that’s pretty obvious to most of us, but what we can do about it even when we think we don’t have the ability to do anything about it - like you’re in quarantine for 4 months with no end in sight!!!! so we’re gonna talk a little bit about emotional regulation which is a part of dialectical behavior therapy and it has helped me so much and I hope that it can help you too!

Loder, reluctant at first, finally accepts the proposal and finds he fits into Chilcote’s role – perhaps better than Chilcote himself. The exchanges become more frequent and lengthy.
