Another race weekend is in the books. A first for the podcast as we had a table at the Gardner PD Law Dog 5k/10k. We got to meet new people and even sold a shirt! Exciting times! The Back of the Packettes ran their first 10k at this race. Both placed first in their age divisions. This made us think a bit about kids and running. When is too early? What is too much?
