The message of my Inner Critic is one of fear. For too many years, I paid too much attention to my Inner Critic. In her attempt to keep me safe, she also kept me small and insignificant. In today’s episode, I will share my three-step process to put your Inner Critic in her place, so that she continues to keep you safe, but does not prevent you from taking risks in your life and work, from learning and growing or from having new experiences. It began when I gave my Inner Critic a name, to separate her from me so that instead of being controlled by my Inner Critic, I became someone who listens to my Inner Critic when I need to be safe.
