Children with ARFID are extremely picky eaters and have little interest in eating food. They eat a limited variety of preferred foods, which can lead to poor growth and poor nutrition. Symptoms of ARFID not only take place in children and adolescents; in fact, many adults can show signs of ARFID. Individuals with ARFID in their adult years may still have symptoms that were experienced in their adolescent years and can be categorized as Avoidant, Aversive or Restrictive types of ARFID.  More info can be found here: https://tinyurl.com/2f5ape3p 54:39 “Eat Smarter” by Sean Stevenson  https://a.co/d/0IQJSb3
