Episode 183 Being Real with Starsan

In this 🌶️ episode, I get real with one of my favourite real talkers out there. Starsan (Cassandra) joins me in the next segment of being real and we hit so many topics from the body positivity movement, to her experience being a fan of it and then calling some things out in it to abortion and reproductive rights to our personal lives and of course, some political digs because we can! I stumbled across this gem on YouTube one day, speaking on how she was essentially fooled by the body positivity movement and sharing the red flags she was seeing and her own personal experiences. We know I’m all about that shit. I absolutely love her energy and her sass and was so grateful when she agreed to chat to me about what it’s like speaking out against something you used to stand by and how she’s been treated while doing so. We can’t have bullying and harassment when people are sharing their experiences and asking questions. It shuts down so much and that’s dangerous. We have to be honest with ourselves and share the hard truths. And at the very least, allow people to have their honest opinions. This episode is jam packed with honest opinions and sassy energy that you know you need to be apart of 👏
