Episode #19 - Alice Faulkner - An Honest Journey Into Yoga (Case Study)

An honest and frank reflection on her journey. Dr Alice Faulkner joins me to discuss how she is now working in the woods, gets a bit of an unwell feeling when I suggested a yoga studio and is a huge advocate of one of my favourite mantras. "Just send the email" Dr Alice Faulkner is an Locum Emergency Medicine Registrar who runs her own business called Yoga In The Woods. Alice is a Hatha, Vinyasa, Trauma-Informed Restorative Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Practitioner based in Leeds. We met at the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine Conference in 2023 when she joined the Start up support programme.
