Episode 190 Season 8 Open

A new season is upon us as we move into another season here in Canada, the fall 🍂 Which I love… it’s the winter I hate 😂 This episode was the perfect way to open the season and get on with the real talk as promised. Kayla and I revisit what we chatted about in season 1 and how we have grown or things we’ve learned since each episode launched. It was a lot of fun to go back and look at where we started over 3.5 years ago. We have grown so much as people and on the show as well!! We catch up on how our summers were and what we are looking forward to to end 2024, being in our bride era together and all 👰 We catch up on our birth control methods, how we handle our anxiety now, how Kayla’s depression is basically non existent anymore and how we both have grown within our friendship as well and the growth of the podcast.
