Psalm 139 :14 "You are fearfully and wonderfully made" this verse was my anchor and my affirmation whenever I felt insufficient, don't ever allow society to set the standards for how you should perceive yourself, my self esteem didn't come back a month or two, it took time, so give yourself time to heal and grow. And if you are someone who tease people about how they look, then you are worse than a witch, because your words has the power to heal or destroy.
