Pt 2 Confidence is not a feeling, it's a skill
In this episode of Onyee Talks, I share a real-life experience that taught me something important: confidence doesn’t usually come first — consistency does. A lot of people think confident people were simply born that way, but the truth is that confidence is built through practice, repetition, showing up, and doing things even when you feel nervous or unprepared. This episode is for anyone waiting to “feel ready” before starting. Sometimes, confidence is the reward you get after trying again and again. Confidence is not pretending to be perfect — it’s learning to see yourself the way God sees you. 💛Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/onyee-talks--7005744/support.

Episode 2 part 2: My story, God's definition and undenying love
Psalm 139 :14 "You are fearfully and wonderfully made" this verse was my anchor and my affirmation whenever I felt insufficient, don't ever allow society to set the standards for how you should perceive yourself, my self esteem didn't come back a month or two, it took time, so give yourself time to heal and grow. And if you are someone who tease people about how they look, then you are worse than a witch, because your words has the power to heal or destroy. Thank you for listening, see you next week byee..Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/onyee-talks--7005744/support.

Episode 2: My story, God's definition and his undenying love
In this episode I talked about my journey from self love to God's love. About how I was teased about been a chubby girl growing up and how it affected my confidence and self esteem and how it all started. My teenage years was not the best season of my life, I didn't really enjoy my highschool years, I had a low self esteem, I didn't believe in myself anymore, I took what people said to me as the truth, never really asked God about his own definition. If you experienced this or you can somehow relate, share this to someone you know might need to hear this.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/onyee-talks--7005744/support.
