Episode 2: The Thought Cycle

from A Difference for One: Discussions on Self-improvement Hosted by English Sisters

In this episode, we teach the Thought Cycle. An acronym you can use to remember the Thought Cycle is TEEO, which stands for Thought, Emotion, Effort, Outcome. Thoughts lead to emotions, which lead to efforts, which lead to outcomes; this means that thoughts essentially lead to outcomes. What thoughts are you going to choose in order to create the outcomes you desire? In this episode we also outline the Field of Perception as a visual companion that we hope will aid you in your development of this idea.
