Madelana is an Exercise Physiologist, Yoga Therapist, and Trager Approach Practitioner who has been an avid student and teacher of consciousness over the past 3 decades through the mediums of yoga, meditation, mind/body practices, spiritual studies and more. She is the Chair of the 2019 US Trager Conference being held September 13-15, 2019 at The Pearlstone Center in Reistertown, MD. where all are welcome to attend.
