Episode 20 : De-cluttering your health and business with Mary Cornetta
from Holistically Awakened · host Laurence Annez
Mary Cornetta is the founder and co owner of Sort and Sweet Inc, a professional organizing company based on Long Island, NY. She fell in love with being tidy from a young age as she spent most of her childhood in a house full of clutter and realized that letting go and getting organized helped ease her stress and anxiety. After 10 years of thinking about and dabbling in the organizing world, she founded S&S in 2017 and since then, with business partner, Margaret Henfling, they've helped hundreds of busy families and individuals declutter and create systems to make their homes and lives simpler and sweeter. She recently moved and began a blog detailing how she's getting organized in her new space and is in the process of writing a book about decluttering. Today's episode: How does clutter show up in our business and health? Dealing with mindset clutter: imposter syndrome, not good enough, low self-esteem... Doing the work that actually moves your business vs the "busy" work Getting to the root of hoarding and feeling like there is never enough How to move past the noise and clear out space in your head How to minimize distractions AND MORE!
