Episode 20: Master Your Mindset - Part 3: The Stories You Make Up

Hey, Friend! When I was a child, my parents used the words: lying, fibbing, and story-telling interchangeably. Actually, they rarely used the word “lying” but I do remember them asking, “Are you telling a story?” To them, that meant the same thing. But what I am referring to, here, is the need to create an opinion about an event, a situation or an event, a quick story in my head based on my beliefs and past experiences, a story that I believe to be true, but is probably not. In today’s episode, I am going to show you how to tame the need to make up a story in your head that is probably based on a lot of fear and a little data.
