Cynthia and Em talk about their inner child altars, books that were there for them in hard times, and Em details her intuitive bibliotherapy rituals and practice of bibliomancy to work intuitively with each client. Emely Rumble is an African-American and Puerto Rican Bibliotherapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker who uses literature in her work with clients in order to help them thrive in life and relationships. She is also a school-based social worker and early childhood specialist who counsels children, adolescents, and administrators in the Bronx, NY.Emely is an advocate for neurodiversity and a believer in the social model of disability. She provides individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, as well as bibliotherapy services.
