As a successful basketball coach and educator for over 20 years, Sean gained valuable insights into how to develop winning teams - and founded Great Results Teambuilding to share those lessons… Sean is a member of both the South East Association of Facilitators and the National Speakers Association, where he earned the distinction of “Member of the Year” for 2015. Sean Glaze, a 25-year veteran as a teacher and basketball coach, has been hired as the new Cass High School boys basketball coach. Glaze, who was most recently the head girls basketball coach at Kell High School, arrives at Cass to take over the vacancy created when David Brock resigned to take the boys’ coaching position at Dalton High School. Glaze led the Kell girls to a 46-40 mark over the past three seasons and reached the state playoffs each year. He also previously served as the boys head coach at Woodstock High School.
