Episode #211 - Hello Health Heroes! I was so pleased to have Ashley James back on the show to share how she has been doing after her daughter's death. For a while she let her health slide and had a lot of guilt and shame around not being as healthy as possible. After a long period of grief Ashley rebounded and started getting back to the basic fundamentals of health. She then was inspired to write her workbook titled “Addicted To Wellness”. This is an action book and I really like it.
