To help everyone maintain their routines and not fall off the bandwagon. (4:40): The average weight gain from Halloween to New Year is about 12 pounds - essentially.(5:30): Jenni’s clients can average around a 15-pound weight loss during that period of time. (6:00): Start now! Get a head start this holiday season instead of waiting for the New Year. (7:09): It is easy to quit when things get hard. Progress is just one step forward. (8:54): This holiday season is about lifestyle balance. You do not have to be perfect 100% of the time to lose weight and heal your gut. Just maintain balance. (9:36): KICKSTART is a 6 week Bootcamp that is starting the first week of January. Jenni is handing over a successful platform to clients. She is giving clients sustainable weight loss while living a balanced lifestyle. An average of 8 to 10 pounds per client. (11:25): Jenni’s favorite thing about Christmas is spending time with her family! (12:23): Jake’s favorite thing to look forward to during Christmas is Bruce Springsteen’s Holiday Station on Pandora!(13:41): Thanksgiving is the appropriate time to listen to a couple of Christmas songs! No earlier than Thanksgiving. (14:25): Jenni’s family has the kids sleeping upstairs on Christmas Eve night. So that when Santa comes in the middle of the night, when they walk out they will see ALL of the wrapped presents and unwrapped presents. (15:13): In Jenni’s house Santa’s presents were not wrapped. Santa can decide on whose presents to wrap. (17:30): Jenni and Jake have Christmas Eve dinner with Jenni’s mom. All the girls and cousins in the family wear the same PJs.
