Episode 22: Traction Chapter 1 Discussion

Today we're starting our first book discussion with Traction by Gino Wickman! Initially we were going to do the whole book in one episode, but after we hit almost 1 hour and only 1 chapter discussed, we realized we'll have to take it a little slower. So this will be the start of a series discussing the book instead! We'll discuss 1-2 chapters every week of our company's seminal text. Shawn read this book (and regularly re-reads it) before any of us started working with him and he set up our company by the guidelines Wickman set out.
