She has a variety of approaches, including auricular (ear) acupuncture, moxibustion, meridian therapy, sound therapy, pattern tracking, and more.Catherine enjoys working with individuals to increase their quality of life, and has embraced many perspectives, to find what is right for each patient. She loves to help people embrace their stressors, traumas, and emotions, and allow themselves to accept and let those experiences transform them into a better, and stronger, person. Having dealt with anxiety and depression throughout her life due to everyday occurrences, or through experienced traumas, she relates to how debilitating it can be. She hopes to bring relief to those seeking it, to get a better sense of how and what they are feeling, and how the mind and body connect sensations of pain, mentally or emotionally.RESOURCEShttps://www.onpointwellnessacu.com/[email protected]+1-443-480-8375 (USA)https://www.facebook.com/CatherineOnPointWellnesshttps://www.instagram.com/onpointhealthnwellness/THE JORNI RESOURCEShttps://thejornipodcast.com for show notes https://thejorniblog.com for more holistic healing and mental health resourceshttps://thejorni.comLIKED THIS EPISODE?Share this episode on social media and leave us a short review!https://thejornipodcast.com/episode-22-traditional-chinese-medicine-with-catherine-davis
