She applies Clean Language in organisational settings, through leading the non-profit Foundation, as Head of People in a tech company and coaching senior leaders. Prior to her work in the Foundation, Chandima gained many years of experience managing teams in a large, multinational energy company. She also provided consultancy to the energy, water and education sectors.
