Episode 22: When You Don't Know How to Grieve

Hey Friend! Boy, has it taken me a long time to learn how to grieve. Yet, it has been one of the most important lessons I have ever learned. In today’s episode, I share some personal stories about my journey with Grief. Whenever there is a loss of any kind, Grief moves in to take its place. When Grief moves in, she will demand your attention at the most inopportune times, until you take the time to acknowledge her presence and spend some time with her.
