In this episode I do a little swerve mostly away from recovery but talking a lot about who we are as addicted people when we’re not with the people we’re addicted to. That being addicted to anything, a person or a substance usually means that we’re not maturing as a human being. It means that the things that scare us confuse us we find too hard to deal with we hide all of those feelings and lose our selves in an addiction. in our case we hide behind our relationships with other people. You can hide behind anything, you can be addicted to heroin or alcohol or gaming or golf or whatever it is that keeps you from really feeling your feelings and working out the problems.
