Episode #221: Feeling Unsupported

from Tea Time w/Amie & Bev · host Amie Wade

In the teachings of Louise Hay, the physical body is a mirror of our inner thoughts and emotions. Feeling unsupported in life can manifest as back problems, symbolizing a lack of support. Our back is literally and figuratively our foundation, holding us up. When we feel overwhelmed or unsupported, our back can bear the brunt of this burden.  However, a mindset shift can alleviate this physical and emotional strain. Embracing gratitude is a powerful tool. By focusing on what we are thankful for, we can transform our perception of support. Gratitude redirects our attention from what we lack to what we already have, creating a sense of abundance and support.  Moreover, we need to remember that we have an unseen support system. This includes God, angels, ascended masters, and spirit guides who are always with us, offering guidance and love. Acknowledging their presence can provide immense comfort and a profound sense of being supported, even in the absence of physical evidence.  By shifting our mindset to one of gratitude and recognizing our spiritual support system, we can alleviate feelings of being unsupported. This holistic approach not only helps to relieve our back problems but also enriches our overall well-being.  May this conversation be beneficial to your life journey.
