Episode 221: It Was A Busy Day

Mondays don’t always seem busy and yet today’s day was filled with activities that are moving me forward on my path including the beginning thoughts on writing a speech, recording an audio, an introductory session with a reiki client, reaching out to a player on the Texans, and uploading it to Reddit and YouTube as well as an entry in my book and painting. Upon reflection, it looks like I did a lot today.
