EPISODE 226 BMI Says I'm Obese… What A Fucking Joke.

Today we're going to talk about one of the most misunderstood numbers in the entire health industry.BMI.Body Mass Index.And honestly...I think it's responsible for confusing millions of people.Now before anyone comes after me...I'm not saying BMI is completely useless.I'm saying people use it in situations it was never designed for.And that's where things go sideways.Because according to the BMI chart...I'm obese.Class One Obese.At 247 pounds.Now here's the funny part.If you walked into my gym today and somebody asked,"Who's the obese guy?"I don't think anyone would point at me.Not because I'm special.But because labels without context are dangerous as hell.And that's exactly what BMI has become.So let's talk about it.
