Episode 226: How Ancestral Healing Can Rewrite Your Life (and Future Generations)

I recently got back from a trip, a pilgrimage back to my childhood home in England and Wales. I journeyed with my kids and my mom, and all of us found some necessary healing. The family trip became a powerful month of closing cycles, an unraveling of karmic loops, and a sacred offering to my lineage. Guided by ceremony, synchronicity, and the numbers 101/111 that have followed me for years, I was shown how endings always carry beginnings, and how the healing we commit to expands across decades.   This story is about more than me. It’s about the ways we’re all called to listen, to follow the threads of our lineage, and to courageously face what is asking to be healed.
