Episode #228: Playing Your Part in the Co-Creation Process

from Tea Time w/Amie & Bev · host Amie Wade

In the co-creation process, we are all powerful contributors to the reality we experience. By focusing on our thoughts, emotions, and intentions, we play an active role in shaping the world around us. The key is recognizing that we have the ability to shift energy, but this power can work both ways. If we’re not mindful, we may unknowingly manifest situations that align with fear, doubt, or negativity—outcomes we don’t want.  Co-creation can feel like a struggle when we allow our thoughts to drift into negativity or self-doubt. We can easily attract undesirable experiences if we don't consciously monitor our inner state. However, by becoming more aware of our thoughts and emotions, we can harness our power more intentionally. This requires consistent mindfulness and dedication to aligning with positive, uplifting vibrations.  Being intentional doesn’t mean forcing outcomes; it means aligning with the energy you want to see reflected in your life. Through regular self-awareness and a focus on positive emotions, you can shift the energy around you and co-create experiences that bring fulfillment and joy. The universe responds to your vibration, so choose it wisely.  May this conversation be beneficial to your life journey.
