Episode 23 - That Thing You Do
from Cigarette Burns Hosted by Cole & Jedd
“I AM SPARTACUS” – This week we’re talking all thing 1964 with That Thing You Do. Take a listen to hear about Erie’s lone beatnik and his band The Wonders (or is it The Oneders), the birth of Jazz radio in LA, why Jimmy is an asshole, and why Lenny was the best card player in the band. Jedd hits us all with his history with Alex Rocco (Moe Green, Sol Siler, Salvatore Fiore), we give you our Top 5 “Band” movies, Jedd and Cole sing (don’t quit us please), and we review The Lion King, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, and The Boys. Cole also debuts our very first commercial review. Sit back, grab a slice of Villapiano’s, and enjoy this week’s Hollywood Showcase of the Wonders!
