As we do we catch up on life and her newest adventures like her “Coming home to self” work shop series and amazing crafty workshops too. Then we dive into her experiences with mental health from postpartum depression and ADHD and the tools she has used to manage. We talk about how postpartum can look so different depending on the environment and state you are in to her having insane side effects from her medications. I always have and always will support your choices with your mental health and body butttt please please make sure you know the side effects and take them seriously so you don’t put yourself at further risk ❤️ you mamas are famous for pushing it away. So grateful to have Holls here to celebrate 10 seasons and her like 13th? 14th? I’ve lost count episode.
