Episode 24 - Competition in Fitness

PLOT TWIST! As life happens, we had to take a different direction for this episode! We jump into a fitness competition poll to hear what our peers experiences were and we squirrel off into competition in general in the fitness industry! Although we don’t have experiences on the stage, we definitely have given it plenty of thought and are massive cheerleaders of the sport! With mad respect, we celebrate those that walk that stage and share what it’s like to be on the outside looking in!
