EPISODE 24: "Re-Claiming Our Voice & Our Roots (the retreat re-cap)" with guest host Zina Rodriguez & guests Dr. Lydiana Garcia & Natalie Gutierrez, LMFT

Send us Fan MailThis is the last episode of our very first season of "Confetti All Around". We intentionally wanted to feature this special episode with co-host Zina Rodruiguez, MSW of Z&D Consulting. Zina and I met on the 1st retreat hosted by authors, therapists, and Boriqua leaders in decolonizing mental health spaces, Dr. Lydiana Garcia and Natalie Gutierrez, LMFT. We are lucky enough to have Natalie and Lydiana on the episode to answer our questions and give us the BTS details. This episode picks up on the loving space created in the mountains of Utuado June 2023. If you want to know what we did last summer, check out this episode that re-caps the confetti all around of planning and delivering a power retreat for not only your guests but their ancestors, too! Natalie and Lydiana are hosting their 2nd retreat in Utuado at the stunning and hospitable Casa Grande Resort.
