Deb has a successful career as an insurance/ financial services executive and leader for nearly three decades at State Farm Insurance Companies®. As Senior Vice President, she had a proven track record of increasing revenue and market share, developing dynamic teams, and leading through change. With full P&L responsibilities for a $3 billion market, she improved profit margin by 5.5 percent. Boblitt’s career began as an independent contractor agent. She opened her agency with no accounts and grew it into a thriving business. Then over twenty-four years she was promoted into multiple executive positions across the US, leading agents and leaders through historic growth and unprecedented change. She provided strategic leadership and oversaw sales for approximately 3,000 State Farm agents and leaders. In addition, during her career, she was the voice for Sales and Customer Service expertise while serving on an Executive Committee that restructured State Farm from 28 regional offices to 13 zones across the United States and Canada. She is a prominent Speaker on leadership and has served as Board Director for major non-profits.
