Episode 25 - Shelby Brey - Same-Sex Marriage, Leaving Religion, and Becoming a Mom

Shelby is so sweet to share her experience over the past decade with falling in love with her best friend, Ash. After growing up with a religious background and serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Shelby talks about the path that led her to accepting her sexual identity and taking the steps towards her marriage! She talks about how she had negative experiences in the church and has found peace with God away from religion. The last piece of the episode is about how she and her wife were able to go through IUI and IVF to finally welcome their sweet baby boy!
