I'd like to introduce my cousin Sara, a wonderful mom of three who has a heart for helping others. Lexi is my cousin who grew up going to the beach with our families every year! She talks about why she came home from her mission and how she has dealt with anxiety, depression, and OCD in her life. She met her husband and was married only 4 months later! I love hearing about how sure she was about her husband being the one for her. She talks about the day she found out her brother was gone. Kiera shares her process of grief and offers valuable insight into how to help those around you going through traumatic experiences.

Kassidy shares her experience as a teenager watching her parents go through a divorce. She talks about how she coped, healed, and eventually found her own spouse with high hopes of having a successful marriage despite her parent's example.

Shelby is so sweet to share her experience over the past decade with falling in love with her best friend, Ash. After growing up with a religious background and serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Shelby talks about the path that led her to accepting her sexual identity and taking the steps towards her marriage! She talks about how she had negative experiences in the church and has found peace with God away from religion. The last piece of the episode is about how she and her wife were able to go through IUI and IVF to finally welcome their sweet baby boy!

My sister's friend Carly is so kind to be vulnerable and open up about her experience with pregnancy loss. We talk about her miscarriages and her process of grief and healing.
