In this Episode of Butterfly Arose I complete my reporting on the 1982 edition of Paul Starr's book The Social Transformation of American Medicine. I include articles on how the system has evolved since he wrote his book and give my own thoughts on what might guide changes in the system. As a bonus, I include a description of a major private company in our system that takes specific steps that help it do the right thing even as it is profitable.

Since then, similar, to their dads’ (Glenn and Mac) relationship, a friendship full of banter and brotherhood formed. Through their friendship the idea of doing a podcast together arose. Their goal with it is to bring a little entertainment and a lot of light with their love for Jesus. Their hope is that any listener will relate in some of the conversations had and feel as if they were a part of the friendship of Bink and Garrett.
