I am absolutely sick over what happened to our fellow runner Eliza Fletcher. Women should never have to fear running. Running is what brings us all together. In this episode we'll talk safety for female runners. Although I know that this conversation should NEVER HAVE TO HAPPEN! There are terrible people out there and they do terrible things. My heart breaks for this woman and her family.
