Good luck Coach Mitch! - Race Recap; Mighty Moraine Main Olympic Triathlon - Swim 1500m, Bike 25miles, Run 6.2miles (distances CLOSE) - Swim went WAYYY better than expected, and that lit a FIRE for the rest of the race! - Bike average over 18mph and felt incredible throughout - Run was just OKAY, good not great, but still satisfied! - Learning moments = 1) I am a better swimmer than I give myself credit for; 2) I need to pull the bike back a bit so I can murder the run - ON TUESDAY WE HAVE A SPECIAL GUEST!!! - Ken Rogers is attempting to set the Guinness Book of World Record for pullups in 24 hours!
