On Thanksgiving weekend of 1991, Bill Nelson invited his daughter, Margaret, over to spend the holiday with him and his new wife Omaima. A couple of days later after Thanksgiving, Omaima would knock on the door of an old acquaintance named Jose and ask for his help in disposing of Bill's body. Jose calls the police, and Omaima is arrested after human organs are found in a trash bag in the front seat of her car. Those organs would later be identified as Bill's. What happened on that weekend? What drove Omaima to not only kill her husband Bill but to dismember him and cook some body parts?
