Episode 26 | When the Unexpected Happens

Grief hits us hard when we lose a child. There are lasting effects and with grief comes confusion and LOTS of unknowns. We can experience shock, denial, anger, and even begging for our child to come back. This is all part of processing grief. It's vital that we work through these different processes and have someone willing to hold our hand. The hardest thing in life is losing a child.
